Join Us for Levi's Bar Mitzvah Celebration!
We are excited to be celebrating Levi's Bar Mitzvah! It should be a wonderful day filled with joy, laughter, and cherished memories. We look forward to sharing this special occasion with family and friends.
What to expect:
Torah Reading: The Bar Mitzvah boy (now considered a Jewish adult at age 13) will read from the Torah, often chant a Haftarah portion, and deliver a short speech (called a D’var Torah).
Dress Code: Dress modestly and semi-formally (think suits, dresses, or nice business attire). Men often wear a kippah (yarmulke), and in some communities, women may be offered a head covering or tallit (prayer shawl).
Service Length: Can range from 1.5 to 3 hours depending on tradition and synagogue.
